What I did: Helped analysts evaluate products, enhanced our internal portal, and ran virtual events that felt engaging during the peak pandemic. Bonus – I also got to interview Jenny Lam, our SVP of User Experience (easily a career highlight).
What I created: A 3-touchpoint digital campaign to streamline analyst engagement, a “Quote Machine” packed with 800+ insights, and a suite of Redwood-themed assets for the Analyst Connect Portal.
What did I mainly lead? Drove the social strategy behind the Analyst Connect Portal launch, ran the email campaign for Oracle’s Customer Spotlight Series (hello, 62% open rate), and brought the Corner Office Podcast concept to life.
